GB/T 46692.2-2025 is the second part of the series of standards for gas detectors for the workplace environment. It stipulates the selection principles, installation specifications, use requirements and maintenance procedures of toxic gas detectors, which are applicable to the management and operation of toxic gas detection in various workplaces. The standard provides a unified basis for the whole life cycle control of toxic gas detectors, helps prevent gas leakage risks, ensures the health and safety of operators, and standardizes the safety protection process of related industries.
