This standard method is used to evaluate the sealing Breaking strength of a soft Encasement under pressure from internal air. The tendency of the Encasement sealing to break at differential pressure is measured by pressurizing the Encasement on a constrained plate to provide an indicator of the strength of the Encasement sealing. This test helps to quickly evaluate the sealing performance of the Encasement during manufacture and use, but it is not possible to measure sealing uniformity or the integrity of the overall Encasement. During the test, the pressure is gradually increased until the sealing area breaks, thus determining the minimum Breaking strength. This method is particularly suitable for soft Encasements with disbonding characteristics and provides a reference for determining sealing conditions on production equipment. Test results can be used to improve Encasement design and ensure Encasement Reliability in practical applications.
