The JJG (Light Industry) 63-2000 standard is used for the verification of paper and Cardboard tearing degree meters, including initial verification, subsequent verification and inspection in use. The standard is based on the basic technical content of ISO 1974:1990 "Determination of paper tearing degree (Elmendorf method) ", but it is not fully equivalent. The standard applies to tearing degree meters with a maximum test force of not more than 16000mN, and involves the force indication Precision, frictional resistance, structural characteristics and scale of the instrument. The verification process includes the inspection of the instrument Appearance, function, adjustment, control mechanism and paper cutting mechanism to ensure that the instrument performs reliably under working conditions and meets the Measurement requirements. The verification period is usually one year.
