This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of low zinc undercoating. It is suitable for undercoating with zinc content of less than 60% but not less than 40% in Non-volatile, mainly used for rust prevention of steel substrates in atmospheric corrosion grade C1 and C2 environment. The standard covers product marking, Encasement and storage requirements to ensure the mass and anti-corrosion effect of low zinc undercoating.
