This standard specifies the method for the determination of short URL chlorinated paraffins (C10-C13) in Spinning & weaving dyeing and finishing auxiliaries. The short URL chlorinated paraffins are converted to C10-C13 n-alkanes by n-hexane extraction and palladium catalytic dechlorination method. Quantitative analysis is carried out by Gas chromatography, CG (GC-FID).
