This standard specifies the limits of 12 carcinogenic dyestuffs in dyestuff products and their determination methods. Applicable to dyestuff products in various dosage forms. The standard requires that the content of each carcinogenic dyestuff in dyestuff products shall not exceed 150 mg/kg. The determination methods include high-performance liquid chromatograph-diode array Detector (HPLC-DAD) for qualitative and quantitative. If the results are uncertain, liquid chromatograph tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) is used for further confirmation. These measures help to ensure the safety and compliance of dyestuff products.
