"GB/T 16592-1996 Determination of mass loss during stoving of powder coatings" is a Chinese national standard that specifies a method for measuring mass loss during stoving of powder coatings applied to substrates by electrostatic spray. This method is suitable for powder coatings that are expected to have mass loss in the range of 2% (m/m) during stoving and can provide fairly accurate results. The standard has been replaced by GB/T 21782.7-2008.
