Specifies methods for corrosion testing of metals and other inorganic coatings in a controlled or uncontrolled climate storage environment. The standard applies to samples of metals, metallic coatings and Miscellaneous inorganic coatings for the purpose of assessing their corrosion resistance under storage conditions. This version replaces the old 1989 standard and revises the test method.
