GB/T 4797.6-2013 specifies the characteristics of dust, sand and salt fog in the natural environment and their effects on products. The standard describes in detail the characteristics of these environmental factors and their possible effects on products during storage, transportation and use. This standard does not deal with wind effects, see GB/T 4797.5 for related content. The new version replaces the GB/T 4797.6-1995 and provides a reference for product performance evaluation in different environments.
