The GM 9125P standard defines a laboratory accelerated aging test procedure for automotive materials to evaluate the durability of materials exposed to artificial Light sources. The procedure includes exposure tests for solar-type carbon arcs, Xenon-arcs, Fluorescent Ultraviolet, and condensing units, designed to simulate the aging process of materials in actual use to evaluate their resistance to degradation.
