JIS H8685-1-2013 specifies accelerated testing methods for anodic oxidation coatings weathering resistance of aluminium and aluminium alloys using artificial Light sources. This standard evaluates the weathering performance of coatings by simulating the artificial light environment and is applicable to flat aluminium and aluminium alloy products. The standard describes in detail the test conditions, procedures and methods for evaluating results to test the colour fastness and Stability of coatings under long-term light exposure.
