GB/T 41932-2022 specifies the method for determining the fracture toughness (GIC and KIC) of plastics by linear resilience fracture mechanics (LEFM) method. The standard specifies the scope of application, elaborates the test principle based on LEFM theory, standardizes the equipment, sample prepative, test steps and result calculation process, and requires the test environment, loading rate and other key parameters to provide a unified technical standard for the scientific and accurate determination of plastic fracture toughness, and helps to evaluate the anti-fracture performance of plastic materials.
