GB/T 30790.7-2014 specifies the implementation and management requirements for steel structure painting in workshops and on-site. The standard specifies the key links such as preparation work before painting, construction process control, mass inspection and acceptance to ensure the mass and durability of painting projects. In addition, it also involves painting personnel qualifications, safety and environmental protection requirements, and painting records. It provides comprehensive guidance for the construction of steel structure protective coatings system, which is not applicable to surface preparation, metallic coating construction and pretreatment processes.
