This standard specifies the technical requirements for steel wire shot cutting for jet cleaning, including 13 specification grades such as Hardness, density, defect, metallographic structure and chemical composition. It is suitable for steel wire shot cutting processed by cold drawn steel wire, mainly used for jet cleaning before steel surface preparation. The standard requirements apply only to unused abrasives and do not cover used abrasives. Steel wire shot cutting can be recycled and used with sexual repeability. It is suitable for fixed and on-site injection equipment. Appendix A provides relevant information on domestic and foreign steel wire shot cutting standards.
