GB/T 21782.9-2010 "Powder coatings Part 9: sampling" stipulates the sampling method of delivery of powder coatings and the quantitative reduction of samples, which is suitable for personnel with sampling qualifications and experience. The standard is equivalent to ISO 8130-9:1992, proposed by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, centralized by the National Technical Committee for Coatings and Pigments Standardization, and drafted by Guangdong Entry-Exit Inspection & Quarantine Bureau and other units.
