This standard specifies a method for the determination of acrylamide in paper, Cardboard and paper products using liquid chromatograph-mass spectrometry (MS) (LC-MS/MS). Applicable to the determination of pulp, the limit of quantification is 0.02 mg/kg. Stability isotope dilution technique and Internal standafard method are used to ensure the accuracy and Sensitivity of the determination, which helps to assess the risk of acrylamide in paper products.
