GB 16487.4-2017 is the environmental protection control standard for imported waste paper or Cardboard that can be used as raw materials. The standard clarifies the Environmental requirements, Inspection & Quarantine rules, transportation and storage specifications of imported waste paper or Cardboard, and stipulates the types and limits of prohibited entrainments. It aims to standardize import behavior, prevent environmental risks caused by the entry of unqualified solid waste, and ensure the safety of the domestic ecological environment.
