This part of the standard specifies various test methods for the characteristics of carbon paper in proton exchange membrane fuel cells, including thickness uniformity, resistance, mechanical strength, air permeability, porosity, apparent density (pb), surface density and asperity. Applicable to all types of fuel cell carbon paper, these test methods can be used to comprehensively evaluate the performance of carbon paper to ensure its effective application in fuel cells.
