GB/T 18916.5-2012 is the fifth part of the "Water Intake Quota", focusing on paper products. The standard clarifies the definition of terms and calculation methods of water intake quotas for paper products, and stipulates the water intake quotas per unit of different pulp and paper processes and paper products. It provides quantitative standards for the paper industry to rationally plan water resource utilization, strengthen water management, and promote water-saving technology improvement, so as to help the industry improve water resource utilization efficiency and achieve sustainable development.
