The standard specifies the design and structural safety requirements, covering key safety indicators such as mechanical protection, electrical safety, emergency braking, etc., standardizing hazard identification, threat and risk assessment and control measures, providing unified technical specifications for ensuring the safety of equipment operation and operator safety, and helping to improve the safety level of the industry.
