This standard specifies the technical requirements for paper-insulated composite conductors, which are suitable for the application of transformer windings. Conductors consist of 2 or more paper-coated copper flat wires, the insulating layer of which is wrapped with 3 or more layers of insulating paper tape. The standard specifies in detail the nominal size range of conductors and the number of combination elements. This standard is used in conjunction with GB/T 7673.1 to ensure the Reliability and Safety of products in electrical equipment.
