GB/T 11373-1989 "General Principles for Surface Pretreatment of Thermal Spray Metal Parts", which stipulates the general principles and methods of surface pretreatment of metal parts before thermal spray. The standard specifies the pretreatment processes such as surface cleaning and roughening, covering degreasing, derusting, sand blasting and other operation requirements and mass standards, to ensure that the surface of metal parts reaches a suitable state of lame plating, to improve the bonding strength of coatings and substrates, and to provide technical basis for ensuring thermal spray mass and prolonging the service life of metal parts.
