"GB/T 30666-2014 Spinning & weaving coatings identification test method" standard describes the specific method of using combustion method to assist and attenuate total reflection Infrared spectroscepy, IR to identify the main composition of coatings. The standard applies to coated fabrics, especially coatings whose base fabrics are Spinning & weaving products, such as polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polypropylene (PP) acid ester and rubber. The test first conducts preliminary characterization of the sample by combustion method, and then selects the appropriate sample preparation method according to the results, such as direct sampling or solvent extraction. Finally, the coating composition was accurately identified by comparing the infrared Light spectrum with the standard spectrum.
