GB/T 2 2638.1 - 2008 is the first part of the series of standards for aluminum foil test methods, which stipulates the method of measuring aluminum foil film thickness by weight method. The standard specifies the determination principle, equipment, sample preparation, operation steps and calculation methods. Film thickness determination is achieved by weighing aluminum foil mass and combining its area and other parameters.
