GB/T 14447-1993 "Plastic film electrostatic test method, half-life method" stipulates the method of measuring the electrostatic performance of Plastic film by half-life method. The standard specifies the test principle, equipment, sample preparation, operation process and data processing method. By measuring the time required for the electrostatic attenuation of Plastic film to half of the initial value after being charged, the electrostatic characteristics of Plastic film are scientifically evaluated to provide standardized technical means for Plastic film electrostatic performance detection, quality control and related applications.
