GB/T 38265.15-2021 "Soft flux test method, Part 15: Copper corrosion test" stipulates the soft flux copper corrosion test method. The standard specifies the test principle, equipment, sample preparation, operation process and result evaluation. By placing the copper sample in the soft flux environment, simulate the actual use scenario, scientifically evaluate the corrosion performance of the soft flux on copper, and provide a standardized technical basis for ensuring the mass of the soft flux, standardizing product testing and rational selection.
