This standard specifies the intergranular corrosion test method of high chromium ferritic stainless steel, which is applicable to the intergranular corrosion detection of ferritic stainless steel with a chromium content of not less than 16%. The standard includes four test methods: oxalic acid etching test, sulfuric acid-iron sulfate corrosion test, copper-copper sulfate-50% sulfuric acid corrosion test and copper-copper sulfate-16% sulfuric acid corrosion test. Each method is used to evaluate the intergranular corrosion tendency of stainless steel under different conditions, providing an important basis for material selection and corrosion resistance performance analysis.
