This standard specifies a method for the determination of cadmium content in iron ore using Graphite furnace atomic absorption-tion spectrometry, GFAAS, which is applicable to natural iron ore, iron concentrate and lump ore and sintered products. The determination range is 0.0001% to 0.010%. After the sample is digested under acidic conditions, the phosphoric acid ammonium dihydrogen solution is used as the Matrix modifier to atomize cadmium in a graphite furnace and determine its Absorbance. This standard provides reliable technical support for the accurate analysis of cadmium content.
