This standard specifies a method for the rapid determination of wheat moisture content by Near infrared analysis technology, including the definition of terms, principle, instrumentation, determination steps, result processing, confirmation and treatment of abnormal samples, and test report requirements. The method is used to determine the absorption characteristics of water molecules in wheat to Near infrared light, establish the correlation between Light spectrum and moisture content, and quickly calculate the moisture content of wheat. It is suitable for routine testing of non-arbitration inspection.
