GB/T 6730.58-2004 Determination of vanadium content in iron ore by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS). First, the iron ore sample is processed to convert the vanadium element into a solution. Using a Flame atomization device to make vanadium atomization, the absorption degree of vanadium atoms to specific wavelengths of light is determined by a light spectrum instrument, known as Absorbance. According to the pre-established standard Linear dispersion, the vanadium content in iron ore is accurately calculated by Absorbance. The standard provides a key technology for mass evaluation of iron ore, which helps to accurately determine the quality and value of iron ore. It is widely used in iron ore mining, processing and steel production industries.
