GB/T 1819.8-2004 provides for the determination of zinc content in tin concentrates by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS). Sample Handling of tin concentrates is first used to dissolve zinc into a solution state. Zinc atomization is used by Flame atomization, and Absorbance is determined by light spectrum instrument according to the absorption characteristics of zinc atoms to specific wavelengths of light. The zinc content is accurately calculated from Absorbance through standard Linear dispersion. This standard provides a key means for mass control of tin concentrates, which can help evaluate the value of ores. It is widely used in tin concentrate mining, beneficiation and subsequent processing to ensure the mass of products related to tin concentrates.
