GB/T 6730.56-2004 Determination of aluminum content in iron ore by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS). The iron ore sample is first processed to convert the aluminum element into the solution. Flame atomization is used to make aluminum atomization, and the absorption degree of aluminum atoms to specific wavelengths of light is measured by light spectrum instrument (Absorbance). The aluminum content in iron ore is accurately calculated from the measured Absorbance according to the pre-established standard Linear dispersion. The standard provides a key detection method for evaluating the mass of iron ore, helping related industries such as steel production to control the quality of raw materials.
