This standard describes the method for determining the mass fraction of each component in two-component composite fibers by fused microscope, which is suitable for fused and identifiable two-component composite fibers and Spinning & weaving products with unchanged Appearance. The cross-sectional image of the fiber is observed through the microscope, and the mass fraction is calculated in combination with the volume Density of each component. For samples that can be used both chemical dissolving method and molten microscope method, chemical dissolving method is preferred.
