The standard unifies the professional vocabulary of these three fields of Light spectrum analysis, defines the meaning of many terms in detail, provides a clear and consistent language basis for the exchange of industry personnel, standard formulation and technical documents writing, eliminates the ambiguity caused by inconsistent terminology, and strongly promotes the standardized application and development of related Light spectrum analysis technologies in scientific research and production.
