GB/T 15555.2-1995 is a solid waste detection standard. It uses Atomic absirption spectroscopy-tometry, AAS, to accurately determine the content of copper, zinc, lead and cadmium in solid waste. If these heavy metals are not handled properly, they will cause serious pollution to the environment. The standard provides standardized operation procedures for environmental protection departments, solid waste treatment enterprises, etc., which is conducive to accurately grasping the content of heavy metals in solid waste, so as to effectively guide subsequent pollution prevention and control and rational disposal of solid waste, and ensure ecological environment safety.
