GB/T 11064.10-2013 《Methods for chemical analysis of lithium carbonate, lithium hydroxide monohydrate and lithium chloride - Part 10: Determination of chloride content - Silver chloride nephelometry method》 Related products

This standard specifies a method for the determination of chlorine content in lithium carbonic acid and lithium hydroxide monohydrate. The applicable range is 0.0010%~ 0.10% of the amount of chlorine. The method of determination is to form a suspension by reacting chloride ions with silver ions in a nitric acid medium to form insoluble silver chloride. Absorbance measurement of silver chloride at a wavelength of 420 nm is used with a spectrophotometer to determine the chlorine content. Reagents include nitric acid, silver nitrate (AgNO3) solution, sodiumhydrate solution, p-nitrophenol indicator, etc. All reagents should be of superior purity, and the water used for testing should be secondary deionized water.
