The GB/T 13491-1992 standard specifies the Encasement requirements for Coating products, including Encasement level, technical requirements, storage, transportation and handling specifications. The standard divides the Encasement of Coating products into two levels: the first level is Dangerous Encasement, and the second level is Non-Dangerous Encasement. The standard aims to ensure the safety and effectiveness of Coating products during transportation and storage, and to protect the mass and use safety of products.
