GB/T 13747.26-2022 《Methods for chemical analysis of zirconium and zirconium alloys—Part 26:Determination of alloying and impurity elements content—Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry》 Related products

This standard specifies a method for the determination of various alloys and impurity elements in zirconium and zirconium alloys by Inductance Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-AES). Applicable to sponge zirconium, zirconium and their alloys, the determination range includes aluminum, beryllium, cobalt, copper, chromium, calcium, iron, germanium, hafnium, potassium, lithium, manganese, mg, molybdenum, niobium, nickel, sodium, lead, silicon, tin, tantalum, titanium, vanadium, tungsten, zinc and other elements. The samples were dissolved by nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid, and the emission intensity of each element was measured at a specific wavelength by Inductance Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy (AES), and the mass concentration of the element was calculated using the working Linear dispersion method. The results are expressed in mass fraction.
