GB/T 30399-2013 "Leather and fur, chemical test, determination of carcinogenic dyestuff" standard specifies the determination of 9 carcinogenic dyestuffs in dyed leather and fur products, as well as disperse yellow 23 and disperse orange 149 dyestuff, which can cleave and release harmful aromatic amines. After ultrasonic extraction by methanol, high performance liquid chromatograph or liquid chromatograph-mass spectrometry is used for detection and quantitative analysis.
