GB/T 37211.2-2018 "Methods for chemical analysis of metal germanium, Part 2: Determination of aluminum, iron, copper, nickel, lead, calcium, mg, cobalt, indium, zinc content" The standard for Inductance Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry stipulates the use of Inductance Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) to determine the content of various impurity elements in reduced germanium ingots, powder, zone-melted germanium ingots and their scraps, germanium single crystals and other germanium metals. The standard is suitable for the determination of various impurity elements such as aluminum, iron, copper, nickel in metal germanium. The measurement range is 0.005 × 10%~ 1.00 × 10%, which provides an accurate analytical basis for the quality control of germanium products.
