The GB/T 4324.22-2012 standard specifies a method for the determination of manganese content in tungsten powder, tungsten bar, tungsten trioxide and other materials, and the applicable range is 0.0001% to 0.050%. The method uses hydrogen peroxide and ammonia water to analyze tungsten powder, tungsten bar and other samples, while purple tungsten and coarse-grained tungsten carbide need to be burned to tungsten trioxide before treatment. After muriatic acid settling tungsten, excite the sample with an argon plasma light source, and use an Inductance coupled plasma emission light spectrum instrument to determine the light spectrum intensity of manganese. The standard also specifies the purity of the reagent and the conditions of use to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results.
