GB/T 23367.2-2009 《Methods for chemical analysis of lithium cobalt oxide - Part 2: Determination of lithium, nickel, manganese, magnesium, aluminium, iron, sodium, calcium and copper content - Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry》 Related products

The GB/T 23367.2-2009 standard specifies methods for chemical analysis of lithium, nickel, manganese, mg, aluminum, iron, sodium, calcium and copper in lithium cobalt oxide, the anode material of lithium ion batteries. This part is determined by Inductance Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy (AES) method (ICP-AES). The sample is first dissolved with muriatic acid, and then in muriatic acid medium, through optimized instrument conditions and recommended analytical lines, the content of each element is determined by working Linear dispersion method. In particular, the determination of lithium uses a cobalt matrix matching standard solution similar to the composition of the sample. Standard solutions and reagents require superior purity, and 18.2 MΩ · cm of secondary purified water or equivalent purity is used during the analysis.
