GB/T 10587-2006 standard specifies the technical conditions of Salt Spray Tester, including definitions of terms, conditions of use, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules. It is applicable to equipment for salt fog corrosion testing of electrical, electronic products and Miscellaneous materials. The standard replaces GB/T 10587-1989 and updates the performance and function of the test chamber to ensure the accuracy of test results and Reliability of equipment. The standard is centralized by the China Machinery Industry Instrument Comprehensive Technical Research Institute and provides the technical specifications and operating requirements of Salt Spray Tester.
