This standard specifies the puncture performance test method for asphalt and polymer waterproofing membranes under static load. This method simulates the long-term static pressure of the membrane in actual use, evaluates its ability to resist static load, provides a scientific basis for the performance testing of waterproofing membranes, and is also applicable to the testing of Miscellaneous Water proofer.
