This standard specifies tolerances, basic deviations and limit deviation values for commonly used fit sizes for wooden parts (including finished products of wood and wood materials, work in progress and their parts). It is applicable to wooden parts with nominal fit sizes up to 800mm and non-fit sizes up to 5000mm, covering the fit requirements for wooden parts and non-wooden parts. The standard provides a guide to fit tolerances for wooden parts and can be used as a reference for composite wooden parts of different materials.
