This standard specifies a method of Color representation based on the CIE1931 and CIE1964 standard chroma systems. The tristimulus values and chromaticity coordinates of the CIE1931 standard chroma system are used when the field of view is 1 ° to 4 °; when the field of view is greater than 4 °, the CIE1964 standard chroma system is used. Applicable to the accurate representation of object colors (including reflection and transmission colors) and Light source colors. The standard aims to provide a uniform specification for Color representation to ensure conformity and accuracy of Color descriptions and comparisons under different field of view conditions.
