This standard specifies the test method for the determination of tin plating amount of Eletroplating tin sheet steel sheet imported and exported using the electrometer method. It is applicable to the determination of total tin plating amount, pure tin layer tin plating amount and alloy layer tin plating amount. The test calculates the tin plating amount of each layer by monitoring the potential change in the electrolysis sample with constant current in the muriatic acid electrolysis solution to obtain the electricity of different platings. The standard includes the reagent requirements, instrument specifications, sample preparation and instrument calibration method. The experimental results need to be calculated according to the measured electricity and Faraday's law of electrolysis, and are verified and recorded in accordance with relevant specifications.
