This standard specifies the technical requirements for building materials in artificial climate accelerated weathering testing, including test equipment, test conditions, procedures and result representation. By using Xenon-arc lamps to simulate sunlight exposure, the standard describes in detail the configuration of the test equipment and the radiation characteristics of the Light source to ensure the Reliability and Repeatability of the test results. The test process involves strict control of the irradiance, black standard temperature, Humidity and water spray cycle of the specimen, and its durability is assessed by comparing the color change and mechanical properties of the specimen before and after accelerated aging. The test report needs to document the equipment, specimen specifications, exposure conditions and final results in detail.
