This standard specifies a test method for the performance of rubber or plastic coated fabrics against liquid contamination. Applicable to coated fabrics used for Encasement, storage or transport of liquid cargoes. The degree of contamination of coated fabrics to liquids is assessed by contacting them with the liquid under test for a certain period of time to determine their suitability in a liquid contact environment.
