This standard specifies a method for the determination of hydrogen sulfide content in natural gas by ultraviolet absorption method. The hydrogen sulfide content is quantified by exposing natural gas samples to ultraviolet light and measuring their absorption characteristics. This method is suitable for on-line continuous detection of hydrogen sulfide content during natural gas pipeline transportation. Measurement range is 0.1mg/m3 to 50mg/m3. The standard specifies in detail the reagents, instruments and operation steps required for the experiment, ensuring the accuracy and Reliability of measurement results.
